Dentist lacks sensitivity to patient's fears and concerns. I had some cavities and needed fillings done. When the dentist was injecting the novacaine in the gum of one of my front teeth, I was feeling a pain going down my neck. I made a noise to let her know it was hurting. Instead of her stopping the injection, she told me 'no screaming here' or ' I will have to take you in the back and use the gas mask'!!! I am in my fifties and never had an experience with any dentist or doctor as I had with this dentist.
