This practice is one of a husband and wife team and it works very poorly, maybe not for them but definately for their patients.  Barb is great when she is available (which is maybe one day a week) but you have no choice who you see even if you call and ask on the morning of your appointment they will not tell you.  This makes it very difficult to establish any kind of relationship where you feel your health is of importance to them as their opinions and treatment plans seem to be entirely different.  They also seem to be more focused in increasing their laser and cosmetic practice than investing time in helping their regular patients in their family medical practice.   We've found also that they order alot of tests and make alot of referals to other doctors and then they never read lab results or reports that have come back from the specialists they've referred you too until they open the file on your next visit.
