I have nothing but nice things to say.  Dr. McCasland and his staff were very attentive and personable.  Dr. McCasland provided very practical advice, and recommended a very practical treatment for me.  After the office visit, he was very available for follow-up appointments and phone consultations.  When I had issues with the insurance company, he and his staff followed through to ensure that I got the treatment I needed.
