Dr. Cooley, thank you so much talking the time to help me out with my thyroid and other health problems.  I am so grateful that you took the time to talk with me.  Your staff is great!  Talkative.  I don't remember going to the doctor and laughing.  My blood pressure finally got to be normal.  Your waiting room is just like a livingroom. I felt comfortable from the very start.  What a difference from the clinic I just left!  I never felt rushed. I appreciate your taking the time to listen to me.  I know that my health isn't so great but you listened.  It is such a rare finding in the medical field.  I thought it was intereesting that you even expressed an interest in some of my thought on supplemtns.  sometimes doctors just shut down their ears when you start talking about alternative medicine.  But, you listened and helped me make my own decision.  I hope you stay in Flagstaff for a long time.  I plan on coming to you for a long time.  Thank you.
