i have had a lot of stomach pain and took quite some time to get an appointment. Neither the doctor nor staff was sympathetic to my problem. Because I had a family history of colon cancer and it had been about 5 years since my last colonscopy the Dr. suggested I have another. A few days before the procedure I got a call from the office threatening that that my procedure was about to be canceled because I had not paid. That was the first I had heard that I had to pay prior. I paid with my credit card over the phone and the woman at the office told me rudely that I could now have the procedure. I had trouble dealing with the office regarding a second bill I received. I determined that the Dr. had attempted to double bill almost four months after the fact. The Dr., in fact, owed me money and it took monhs for me to recover those funds. My stomach pain was not dealt with at all rather the generic IBS was diagnosed. He suggested I take prozac and see a psychiatrist. I recommend you look elsewhere for your gastro-intestinal problems. I concur with the other ratings.
