I had my eyes dialated and my contacts were taken out. I was asked to watch a video about the procedure, read pre operative instructions, discuss financing the procedure....all when I couldnt see anything. They move you to person to person and when you complain or ask to see the doctor, they refuse. I think Kleinman and Evangelist suck and I would not recommend them. The staff are more interested in your dollar and thats it.
