I have been to the Animal Emergency Clinic on a couple occasions.  The staff there were caring and professional.  Never before had I encountered Dr. Kobi Johnson.  He was extremely rude and arrogant.  He made totally false accusations and belittled me in front of his staff.  Very, Very unprofessional and apathetic.  Avoid!
