Dr Laurett Schreier

The staff service poor. My children first visit there I was informed that the parents were'nt welcome to come to the back, while the doctor (Ms Laurett Schreir) perform the exam and cleaning. I actually though that was alilttle strange! Come to find out she verbually abuses children of all ages. She needs to be evaluated on her behavior, and the way she deals with peoples children because it very unprofessional. So Parents Beware theses kind of dental office(s).

Two of my children went to this dentist. Parents are not allowed back there. The first time we went my 10yr old said the dentist was calling her skinny. I thought maybe she was joking. The second time my children went, my 13 yr old said the dentist and her assistant were saying she had a bird mouth, and laughing. Then the dentist said 'not just a bird mouth but a dinosaur bird mouth.' The dentist was working in her mouth and talking about her like she wasnt there. Then a little girl came back there and they began making fun of her calling her fat. My daughter was hurt by the comments. And I will never take my children back there. My suggestion to all parents are beware when they won't let you come back there with your kids. You never know whats going on. This dentist specializes in kids, and I do not recommend this dentist to anyone, she is very unprofessional

Our previous dentist also did not allow parents to accompany their children, over the age of 4 into the procedure area.  It was simply to aid in the positive behavior of the children and aid in overall hygiene of the care rooms.</div><div class='author'>Comments by <a href='http://www.doctordecision.com/usrprofile?uid=jamieandcharles'>jamieandcharles</a> on 03/20/08, 9:55 pm</div><div class="replycommentAs with Dr. T, I find this patient's story a little unbelievable.  My son has been seeing Dr. Lauret for almost 2 yrs since she opened her office.  He believes that story is untrue as he has never heard the staff nor the Dr. say anything mean towards anyone.  He is an honor student in junior high and I fully trust his opinion.
