The first impression I got from Dr. Burns was that he was concerned about my pain, I made an appointment and brought my children as well.  When we went to our appointment I was already given an estimate of how much it was going to cost, he seen me and my kids, explained about my oldest childs dental issues but did not mention anything for the other two, then I went to 'pay' and found out the receptionist made an error and the estimated cost was over $120 MORE than what was quoted, and they performed services without my consent and was charging for that as well.  I questioned it and was told that since it was only an estimate that I will have to pay.  To top it off, I am now in more pain than when I went in.  His staff was extremely rude and when I asked to speak with Dr. Burns he refused to meet with me as if I was trying to rip HIM off - go figure!  He is only wanting the money, I understand it is a business and they are there to make money, but deliver what you promise, use a little bedside manner, do not treat people like they are idiots (he felt that since I was a single parent that I must be stupid - to his surprise, I have a Master of Science degree and am far from naive or stupid!)
