THIS 56 YEAR OLD MAN KILLED SOMEONE. HE PRACTICES WITHOUT A LICENCE. TYPE HIS NAME INTO ANY SEARCH ENGINE AND YOU WILL SEE.... BEWARE.... HE CAN BE ANYWHERE..... SACRAMENTO, MARYSVILLE, ELK GROVE, EL DORADO HILLS, EAST NICOLAUS. BE CAREFULL... HE'S A LIAR... HE'S NO 'DOC'..
