Comments for Dr. Amrita Ghumman
Dr. Ghumman is excellent. But the Boulder Creek Medical Clinic staff, in particular the front desk, and some of the nurses, are very rude, condescending, and in many cases, incompetent. I have had more mix-ups and mistakes with the staff in just one year, than in decades with other doctor offices combined, at all levels of service. Frustrated staff at at least one pharmacy shared with me that the Boulder Creek Medical Clinic staff has a bad reputation for delays, non-response, and high rate of errors. |
