I like to say that I have had the same issues with leaving messages and not being called back. He has been rude to my 9yr. old son on many occasions. He has lack of social skills. He also refused to repair my sons braces the last time we went and told me I need to reschedule to have them fixed but when I made the appointment I had let them know of the promble to be fixed. After his assistant informed him that she scheduled the appoinment and gave the extra time to have brackets fixed he still refused to fix them. So my son left without any brackets on his bottom teeth. I have never heard of or seen such a thing in my life. I wish I could say that in the last two years we have been going he was nice most of the time but he has not been nice once. Even my boyfriend that took him to one appointment said to me that he was a complete prick and that he would never take him back there if it was up to him. He said that the whole time in the room Dr. Galllo and his staff just talked rudely about other paitents and staff members. Very Very unprofessional.
