I did not like the experiences with this veterinarian at all. She was extrememly rude and nasty to me. She was not incredibly helpful with my dog either. She pretty just told me that he was going to die soon and there was nothing that could be done for him. I went to Smoky Hill Vet Clinic a few miles away that was very helpful. It is several months later now and my dog is alive and well. I did not like the rates that this veterinarian offered. She said it would cost $80 to give my dog a shampoo bath. I have never in my life heard of a vet asking for that much for a groom for a dog. The office was not very clean either. There was dust, bird poop, bird feathers, all scattered about the place. Absolutely disgusting. This lady was so horrible to her staff as well. She did not treat them with any respect at all. As she did her customers. I even heard her bad mouth customers as they walked out of the clinic. I do not know who this woman thinks she is. She even made comments on my appearence. I had recently came to the clinic from the gym and she made sarcastic comments asking if I was sick or something. How dare she. I would never in a million years recommend this veterinarian to anyone, ever!

Some of these customers need to get over themselves. Dr. Dolgan has always given great care to our pet. If you don't like what she offers go find another Vet.. She is always straight and to the point. It's a small practice that is very busy. I know that office to be throughly cleaned every evening for the next business day. She became a Vet. when women kept being told to raise kids and stay home where they belong. This is one tough lady. She tells you how it is whether you want to hear it or not. Her top concern is to the care given to the pet. We have great respect for her.
