Comments for Dr. Brandon Wolsey
I was extremely unhappy with this doctor... I was taken into a room and spent over two hours waiting for care in an ER room no less. Abhorrent care. I went in with severe abdominal pain, had been experiencing it for over two months at the time and even told them. They did nothing for my pain, and told me it was a phantom pain and nothing else was wrong? I spoke with the doctor in a nice manner about my previous surgeries and diseases, which went in one ear and out the other. I've battled with diverticulitis several times and am only 31, I told him this and he still persisted in telling me it was a phantom pain and I even told him I was in severe pain and suspected another infection (diverticulitis). He said in a very rude manner, I am not going to stand here and argue with you all night. I told him in a nice manner, I'm not arguing with you doctor, I'm just trying to help you in your diagnosis and let you know about my problems I've experienced... I then went to another ER hospital right the next day and they diagnosed me with severe diverticulitis and said they wanted to hospitalize me, but I said no because of my bad experience with the previous doctor and now I can't trust them because of this bad experience. I was running a high fever, my whole body was shaking and I was very cold and couldn't get warm. With blood in my bowel movements! They wanted to know the name of the doctor I'm writing this review about, because of my condition and the neglegence of this doctor... I went home with a prescription for severe pain and the infection, after taking the medication for the infection, I felt much better on the second day, but I'm still in major pain due to my disorder and still taking medicine for the infection for the next 5 days. I felt ignored and like this doctor didn't care at all what I was experiencing... If I ever return to his hospital again, I'll request to see a different doctor!
