When the doctor was finally able to see me, she told me that my dog may have an obstruction and to get X-Rays. I waited another hour to get the results. NO OBSTRUCTION. They wanted to keep her to give fluids, which would take 4+ hours- but if I left I would have to pay extra. I had already been there for 3 hours and there wasn’t another person in front of me. A guy arrived shortly after the X-Rays (2 hours later) & went into a room right away. My dog threw up 10 times in 3 hours, was not eating, drinking or eliminating & all they could do was take X-Rays, give anti-nausea pills and send us on our way with a $400.00 bill. NEVER GO THERE. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Their charges are unexplainable and they were not willing to provide details or give an estimate before doing any “treatment” as they promised other patients. My dog is still sick and we will be going to the family vet, which is over an hour away.
