I went in to Dr. Armstrong for a consultation for colon cancer that I was recently diagnosed with. He was rude and apparently had no patience to answer any of my questions. He kept deferring my questions to my primary care physician even though he doesn't know anything. We hurriedly discussed my prognosis and a possible treatment plan, which I thought was a bit unusual, ie: chemotherapy first and then surgery. I was so dismayed by him that I ended up going to an infinitely better doctor who actually took the time to answer my questions, consulted with his colleagues, and quickly scheduled an appointment for surgery. In my opinion, anyone who isn't really curious as to what the doctor's going to do to you should see this guy. |
