Being scared to death of dental pain, Dr. Butler and his staff immediately made me feel relaxed with their cheerful and humorous demeanor. He explained each detail of everything he was going to do to my tooth BEFORE he did it. Wow - was that a change from my last endodontist. He continually would ask 'Are you alright?' during the entire treatment process, making sure I was not uncomfortable or in any pain. When I did feel a little anxious, he stopped and we just chatted for a moment until I was relaxed again. I have had 5 root canals or retreats with this doctor and would recommend him to everyone! He is so efficient and you are done in no time. If I could just have him for my regular dentist, I would be thrilled. The office staff is amazing! They are 'down to earth', fun to converse with and every bit as gentle as Dr. Butler. This is the BEST dental office in town! (at least the best I have ever been to) |
