This dentist was very rude to his staff. His new assistant didn't have instruments ready when he wanted them so he routinely corrected her in a very demeaning way in front of me. I expect my dentist to be kind to me and his staff.  This has happened on more than one occasion.

I have been with Dr. Sherrard from the very beginning of his practice and have only experienced his care and compassion to his patients AND his staff. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so. This includes my children, parents and friends. They all report the same...he is careful, compassionate, kind and conscious of his environment.
