I found this clinic and this doctor very unsatisfactory. Just to get a prescription renewed I had to make appointments 2-3 months in advance. The reception staff were insulting and implied it was my own fault when I ran out of medication. The doctor misread my results from a blood test and as a result I spent about six months on the wrong treatment. The doctor gave me bad advice on one medication and I spent another year on the wrong treatment. I tried to get in about discussing the adverse results I was having with the medication and she was away so much that I didn't end up connecting with her for six months. It's very frustrating that there are so few doctors accepting new patients here in Calgary. Currently, I just go to walk-in clinics because I'm so fed up with this doctor. |
