This is the most horrible experience we have had with a dentist. I am writing this for my husband. He was referred to Dr Mussone on Dec 3. Even though we have dual coverage they made my husband pay money up front. The insurance company sent them a check shortly thereafter paying them for the total cost. My husband called them 5 times in 3 weeks and they just gave him excuse after excuse and would not call him back or do anything. Their customer service is horrible. They still are holding on to our money after 60 days and just give us excuses or tell us they will call us back and never do. We are so angry and they made us that way. I called them very angry and they told us the same thing they told us in the past that they would take care of it today and that the dentist, Dr Mussone is the only one who can sign the check. Tracy told me they would take care of it today. That remains to be seen. We would never do business with them again and tell everyone we know to stay away from that terrible office and staff. What a nightmare!!! |
