The appointment with Dr. Crantz was okay if you don't mind only getting to spend 2 minutes with a doctor, and not given the chance to ask questions. Dr. Crantz is condescending and doesn't take the time to listen to the patient. He knows his specialty, but doesn't want to explain things. With all that said, Dr. Crantz was not the final straw that made me leave this practice. The incompetency of the office staff is overwhelming. After my first visit, it took them 3 tries to get my prescription called into the Pharmacy. My first stop at the Pharmacy, the office had not called in the Rx. The second phone call and trip resulted in the wrong Rx. My second visit with Dr. Crantz was just as bad. After 4 phone calls to get my results and Rx called in, I was told the doctor had left for the day and I would have to call back. One of these calls, I was actually left on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. |
