Comments for Dr. Grant Macdougall
Doctor made innapropriate comments to me about our social situation. Doctor neglected any attempt to diagnose my son's serious condition in a timely manner. Doctor acknowleged my son was seriously underweight and still did not admit him to hospital for diagnosis, discuss tube feeding or any other appropriate measures until I went through the emergency room to have my son seen by an other doctor. Doctor neglected to fully explain treatment options so that I could make an informed decision. Doctor failed to produce an adequate discharge plan, resulting in two surgeries which could have been done at the same time, having to be done seperately. Doctor failed to provide 'family centered care' as per hospital policy. |
