Doctor, was incompetent, lacking skill in talking to owners and trys to jack up the bill at every turn, Constantly stammers when asked pointed questions regarding animal health, and tends to be more old school than wanting to learn new skills. Accountant is awfull to deal with, seems very Fake when talked to. Front staff tend to talk amongst them selfs, and tend to Ignore clients waiting to be checked in. This clinic used to be very nice friendly and clean, but I think due to staff changes it has gone rapidly down hill, the other vets are very nice, but you still have to deal with the rest of the staff, I will not be taking my pets here any longer. |
