My family had been seening Dr. Bales for several years and received great service but when my husbands job changed and we had to change to a HMO he told us he was only making $12 off us and we were a waste of time and told our entire family(22 people) to find new doctors. We were shocked with this behavior and would not recommend him.

Dr,Bales was such an honest, down to earth doctor, and I was never treated by him with less than the utmost respect (I'm an HMO patient). My heart and prayers are with the family - he willl be missed

Dr. Gregory Bales was the best doctor that my family and I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He was our doctor for over 7 years. Never had I ever heard anything bad or rude come from him. Our family was on an HMO plan for years and not one time did he ever turn us away!
I can only guess that the family that he (supposidly) turned away is not telling the entire story. Maybe, just maybe, their family was not very nice and he couldn't bare to take them anymore. (Just something to think about.)
Dr. Bales, I just found out today about your passing, and it sickens me to know that someone who was so warm and kind has left us. It is rare in today's world that we have someone who really cares for his fellow man.
My prayers are with your family. May God grant them peace in this, their hour of need. God Bless your wonderful staff, who have worked hard in creating a family atmosphere in the office. It was always a pleasure going to see you (even though I was sick) they would make me smile.
You will truly be missed.

Dr. Gregory Bales was my mom's docter, he was a wonderful docter and treated my mom with the utmust of respect and had a joyous nature.
Me and my mom will miss him dearly. May God bless his family,and give them peace and comfort, to get though this.

Dr. Gregory Bales was an incredible doctor. He was my doctor for almost ten years. I have had different HMO's while associated with Dr. Bales and everything was great. This doctor was very knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and considerate! I have referred him to others and the feedback was really good. I was truly blessed to have been afforded the opportunity for Dr. Bales to be my physician. It will be extremely difficult just to find a suitable alternative. There is no substitute for my doctor. I pray that the family stays close to God. He will be your comforter and source of strength to endure this difficult season. God, please, Bless the Bales Family!
