Required payment upfront on first visit to replace crown. When insurance paid, he owed me refund, but took 6 months to get it and only after I pursued. He pushed 'additional services' which were extremely costly. Incidental work performed extremely expensive. Added not more than a pin head of cement to a lose crown and charged $100... took less than a min by technician, no skill, and no real product... Told his office that I thought it would well out of line and would take business elsewhere if couldn't be reduced/eliminated... needless to say, he would not back off the $100... even though I've spent a couple thousand already with him. My husband needed dentist and I sent him elsewhere, not because of the skill of doctor but because of the only focus I see from them is to sell services and charge for whatever they can. Taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this dentist... |
