The office staff is rude, except when they're trying to convince you to get your teeth whitened or get other expensive, elective procedures. Lots of selling going on. I had an 11:00 appointment, the dentist arrived for work at 11:10. He didn't see me till 11:30. I needed a follow up appointment, and on that sunny Friday he didn't come in because of an 'emergency.' The secretary called my house phone that morning, but never tried my cell. The word 'sorry' never passed her lips as she scolded me for showing up. Avoid these clowns at all costs. |
