James Maffucci has already paid out a settlement for being sued for malpractice. He's a general doctor/internal medicine. I don't know what an internist would get sued for. I looked him up after my bad experience. He told me my bloodwork was normal. I asked for copies of my bloodwork. My cholesterol was dangerously elevated and my triglycerides were very high. He didn't feel the need to tell me anything about that. I wanted to test for pernicious anemia. He gives me a B12 shot before. He said it won't absorb right away. I thought differently but didn't disagree. My B levels were very high. I'll never know whether I have it or not now. Not at least for a very long time. He gave a prescription to my stepfather that landed him in the emergency room for 3 days. Anyone going to this provider is risking thier health. |
