Comments for Dr. Joel Shenker
Dr. Shenker was rude and very unprofessional causing me months of further pain and investigation into what is specifically causing my health problems. He was glib when answering my questions and did not leave me with the impression that he had really read my file or considered my medical history. I have since obtained his report for another doctor and he even had the wrong side listed in which I have been experiencing excruciating pain, said he did an abdominal exam(he didn't touch my abdomin) and made comments about even though he found things in the exam...he didn't think it was real. I have been suffering for 9 months and finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan from a Neurologist in St. Louis. I would not recommend that anyone see this doctor. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but no one should be treated or talked to in the way I was! |
