Comments for Dr. John Kehoe
After receiving news that my mammogram was suspicious I was referred to Dr. Kehoe's office for further examination. I was informed that I needed a core biopsy, to be scheduled around two weeks later in an area hopsital. Unfortunately, this was not quite how it happened. The two week waiting period turned out to be almost TWO months. During that time the office staff misinformed me, refused to return my phone calls and were generally unhelpful and unpleasant. The waiting time in the office at each visit was unacceptable (as one patient noted, 'When you come to this office you better bring your own food, you will be here all day.' ) The office environment was very uncomfortable; poorly lit, stuffy and unclean. As a former patient my experience leads me to conclude that although Dr. Kehoe is a good physician the office environment and administrative staff are not conducive to the needs of the patient. |
