This man should not even be considered a dentist. I am a diabetic with heart problems, and I have known for a while that I have gum disease. This was not news to me. The man looked at my x-rays and immediately came into the room screaming at me that I have a lot of bone loss. I was having trouble with a tremendous amount of tooth pain. When I made the appointment, I told them that I was in severe pain and had been for several days, over the weekend. I called on Monday, and had to wait until the next Wednesday to been seen. When he did see me, he kept screaming that I could not just come in there demanding narcotics. All I said to the man was that if he could not do anything for me, please give me something for the pain, that I had taken a tremendous amount of Tylenol, ibuprofen, Aleve, etc. with no relief. He screamed again, 'You can't come in here demanding narcotics'. I left his office in tears. Now he sends me a bill. HA. HA. If it would not ruin my credit, I would not even pay it. The next day, I was told that I have two teeth with severe infections. He stated that he did not know how I had survived as long as I did. |
