Dr. Gundian is a fantastic urologist. He works in a very busy and large practice, and it is often difficult to get to speak to the proper person., since, like most offices, everything is automated. I know that this is done because of the large volume of patients, but it is so impersonal. I can not say enough good about Dr. Gundian. He is highly skilled, exceptionally caring, and one could not ask for a better urologist than Dr. Gundian. In fact, Dr. Gundian has appeared on the list of best physicians in his field for several years, and deservedly so. He has a marvelous bedside manner, and it's uncommon to get both great bedside manner and outstanding doctor in one package. Dr. Gundian truly treats his patients as though they were part of his family, and there have been many occasions when he has gone above and beyond the 'norm'. Thus, even though I had to mark the office down in certain categories, I still gave the overall rating of a 10 due to the fact that Dr. Gundian is top notch. After all, it's the doctor who's doing the operation, the procedures, and caring for the patient, not the office staff. I can appreciate that it must be difficult to manage an office of this size. However, doctors must remember that their office employees, from the receptionists to the nurses, can have a very positive (or negative) impact on the satisfaction level of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Gundian, both for his credentials, his professionalism, and his level of expertise (Mayo Clinic trained), but also for his genuinely compassionate nature. Dr Julio Gundian
