This doctor asked questions that were much too personal. He seemed to be more interested in my sexual activities than my overall physical health. His receptionist was friendly, but highly unorganized. With that in mind, he didn't file my bills with the insurance carrier for one year after treatment. The insurance company asked for more information, and he supplied that about 6 months later. the insurance company denied any responsibility for payment as the claim was submitted way past the legal deadline. I had to pay all the expenses myself, because of his neglect. Not professional at all I don't believe. |
