I have had three cosmetic procedures done by Dr, Henry in the last 3 months and ALL of them have been extremely successful! I had an eye lid lift (upper and lower), laser skin rejuvination and a breast aumentation. I am a very healthy 45 year old woman and followed all of her instructions very, very closely. All of her staff have been very pleasant and professional and her interactions with me have been professional and caring. All of my questions have been always answered truthfully and she has been very informative about all the procedures I have received. Prices are high but I have not done a price comparison to others in the area so I can't say they are higher than others with her expertise and experience. I do firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I was not looking for a doctor who was having a sale on procedures in order to drum up business. When I had questions after my last procedure (laser skin rejuvination) she was on the phone with me right away and was very helpful. These are elective procedures and we do need to read all the fine print in all that we sign and realize we are taking a risk with any sugery we choose to under go. I strongly suggest that anyone undergoing these types of procedures should be able to have atleast two competent and healthy people able to CLOSELY attend to them for the first 48 hours after and that if that is not possible then choose to go into an after care facility. Any problems caught early can be corrected quickly if one does not wait too long. Always call right away if you have any questions they are always available. This is the responsibility of the care takers becasue after undergoing a procedure we have been under heavy seadation and then on pain releivers and may not be able to make the right choices. The anesthesiologist was also very caring and professional and the care I had during prep in the surgury room was supreme. I do recall Dr. Henry checking in during recovery and telling me everything went well. During recovery the nurse was very caring and I knew that I would be going home soon after waking from sedation but I did not feel rushed and I was looking forward to my own bed anyways. After my procedures I had a nurse call within 12 hours to check on me and she left her number to call with any other questions during off hours (which we did). My after care has been closely followed by the doctor and her staff . I have had many follow-up appointments and phone calls to see how I was feeling and to remind me of my apointments. I appreciate that she has undergone some of her own procedures becuase she can relate to what I am going through and I think that adds to her ability to be compassionate. I do not foresee wanting anymore procedures but I will go back to Dr. Henry if I do choose to have anymore. |
