Mr. Langstroth is very enthusiastic, but not very professional. This isn't a new concept, it's just a glorfied chiropractor's office. They're alway trying to convince you that you have to keep on coming back in order to "get better."

Hi, I'm part of the Better Birth of Sacramento team and was investigating Audrey, the Pilates Instructor. I met her at a meeting and attended her Pilates information evening at her office and studio. Great gal and very educated - she obviously knows what she's doing. Don't know who posted the March opinion, but it sound bogus! These people really have their act together and Audrey does wonders with pregnant Moms.

I went here once, but all I got was the usual back cracking with no improvement. I'm going to find myself a good, educated physical therapist.
