I had a crown installed on the upper back molar.  It caused me an unbelieveable amount of pain and when I called him about it he told me to take tylenol and setup an appt. to come back.  While waiting the 10 days for my next visit, a portion of the crown fell off.  Surprisingly, the crown's breakage relieved the pain I was having.  He agreed to see me right away and 'hmmmm''d around for about 3 minutes and asked if I still had pain.  I said that surprisingly enough, after the crown disintegrated, the pain was gone.  He said 'Great, well keep in touch'.  Mind you about 1/3 of my $1400 crown had fallen off and he said, 'No big deal'. The crown continued to disintgrate and after 3 visits, the nurse on the phone snapped and 'said, hey, he's done all he can do'. This office is jsut looking for your money. RUN AWAY!...RUN AWAY!   Roger in Renon, WA

I agree with the other post. This man wants you to come in and pay the bill... that's it. I don't trust him at all! He has constant staff turnover and the office seems very unorganized. My insurance payments are sometimes correct but often not. I have had treatment pushed on me from the first appointment and when I declined he acted irritated like I had wasted his time. Find a better dentist!
