my husband is 70 years old, he went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled, and walked out 3 hours later with a bill for $3,745. They called once and told me that a bridge and root canal would be $2,245, fifteen minutes later they called back and said that it would be $3,745. They talked to my receptionist and I did not approve the additional fee, and would not have approved the additional fee. Her assistant is a client of mine, I do income taxes, and I will pay to avoid causing a problem for her, but I consider it OUTRAGEOUS, do get someone in the chair and present this kind of bill. Normally I thought it was supposed to be outlined up front before a procedure is performed. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
