The doctor himself seems competent. Doctor Coates is unreachable without and appointment. His nurse won't return my calls or respond to the pharmacy for refills for days at a time. His office was suppose to set up an MRI and call me with and appointment date and didn't. I finally went up there in person to set it up two days later and they said they were too busy with other patients and would call me later which they did. I had the MRI done but decided to find another doctor. Getting the MRI report and dvd was very difficult. The office would not return our phone calls. My husband had to make two trips in person to get the report. His staff said there was no dvd with it. I called the company that did the MRI and they said they delivered it before my husband went up there. I called the nurse the next morning and she did finally answer her phone. I had to make another trip to their office for that. These people were cold and treated me with no respect and never offered an apology for the way we were treated. I have a herniated disk and am in constant pain. This has been a very upsetting experience. |
