This dr. was very rude during my appointment. After when I went home I was following the dr.s advice and scrubbing my wounds with iodine and it was so painful that I began to cry . My wife called his office and I tried to talk to the dr. crying he couldn't understand me so I passed the phoe to my wife and the dr. asked her if I was drinking she was astonished and said no of course not. Then he told katie he couldnt do anything for me so she should he me witha 2 by 4! My wife was very upset by this and she asked him to please prescribe me a pain medication and he said he wouldnt because he doesnt. We couldnt believe it because hes a surgeon. Anyway this dr. Luis Serentil was very rude and unhelpful and I recommend people to watch out if they do decide to see him. |
