Broken English? This is obviously someone who posted randomly. Dr. A. may be Hispanic, but his speech is not an issue. Jokes, slang, etc - not even an issue, much less a problem. The above poster was correct on 1 thing - Dr. A. is really a great family doctor. But the comment about not being able to understand him is just insane and completely untrue. Unless you can't understand plain ol' regular unaccented English.
