Comments for Dr. Marie-Therese Saky
The low rating does not apply to Dr. Saky's experience. She is a very good doctor, that's why I see her. She errs on the side of caution which is better than just telling someone everything is okay. But I honestly believe I am going to have to find someone else (and I do regret this) because the wait time in her office is a disgrace. On my last visit, I waited 2 1/2 hours, the time before that - 3 hours. This is just not acceptable. Then when you are finally called; you wait another 20 - 30 minutes for her to come in. I have sat in the waiting room and seen Dr. Saky walking around, taking non-essential phone calls, chatting it up with the office staff while patients are sitting fuming in the waiting room. This shows flagrant disregard for people's time and they have lives. When I see her, I have to take either the morning or afternoon off from work because I know the wait time in her office will be horrendous. There is no reason for this, this is just poor time management and not caring at all about your patients sitting thre waiting. And what I really don't understand is that many of her patients are diabetics, who have to eat on a regular schedule, yet there they sit and sit and sit and wait to see her. |
