Both the physician and her assistant are completely unprofessional. I saw her twice last year and will never go back. I randomly chose this physician because I had just switched my medical insurance and needed a new dr. They need new equipment and need to learn how to talk to patients. Her assistant took my bp and said I had high blood pressure and needed to watch it. I have never had high bp in my life. I am in my 20's and it is always really low. During my first visit, I told her I hade been having some stomach pain. She didn't ask me ANY further questions and gave me sample pills for IBS. Then one of my labs came out abnormal and instead of doing further research, the dr.'s assistant called me and said i had abnormal labs and I needed to come in asap to get treatment. I asked to talk to the dr and she got on the phone and said i had a certain condition, I had to come in for treatment and was busy and didn't have time to explain. I hung up and called a physician that does consulting for my employer and in two minutes he calmed my nerves basically explaining the condition and by telling me I needed to have further labs to determine if there was a problem and asked me if I had certain symptoms, which I didn't have. After seeing another physician, it turns out I am completely healthy and do not have IBS nor do I have the condition she said I had. Before this dr. tells her patients they have a condition, she needs to have the proper blood panel's completed. And she shouldn’t be handing out pills without asking what type of symptoms a patient has. Another thing, in the middle of my exam, a patient called and she left me in the room for 10 minutes to take a call. I would not recommend this physician to anyone. |
