Appointment for my 6 year old never happened. We scheduled it sometime in January and the closes day we got was 02/13/2008 at 6:30 pm. A week later we got a call to come in earlier at 6 pm since my son is a new patient. I made arrangements at work and we arrived at 5:50 pm. The office was empty. The doctors were gone, clerical staff was gone too. Two people, we did not know who they were, exiting the office told us that everyone is gone. We were shocked. My son needs glasses so badly for school. So, after weeks of waiting we never got it!!!!! Same night when we got home a letter from doctor's office was discovered in our mailbox. It stated that they called us but were not able to reach anyone to cancell the visit. I was furious, since i gave them my cell that they called a week ago to reschedule time from 6;30 pm to 6 pm. I knew they did not even attempt to call us. And the letter arrived too late. I called the office in the morning and the bitchy secretary being very rude said they sent a letter and thats it. Then she hung up the phone. I will never go to this office again!!!! |
