I have been a patient for many years and have never experienced any of the previous comments made about my doctor and her excellent staff. I have the utmost respect for her and her double board certification and I think the state of Alabama is so lucky to have her practicing here. I have personally had many cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures performed over the years and Dr. Muecke and her staff have been compassionate, professional and above and beyond what you would expect. She called me the night of my surgery and on post op day 3. She saw me the day after my surgery, everytime. She spent alot of personal time with me. She explained in detail that if she had to redo any part of a cosmetic procedure because she felt it was necessary, that she would not charge me but that I may have an additional charge from the hospital or anethesia. I especially like the fact that she has after hours clinic days so that patients do not have to miss work. She values her patients time schedules and if she is running late from surgery or the hospital the office staff will try to notify you prior to coming to office. The office staff is pleasant and well informed. You will always be offered a beverage upon arrival and they will do whatever they can to make your wait more enjoyable. If you are considering any type of surgery, the office staff and Dr. Muecke will compile a list of previous patients that have had the same or similar procedure done to speak with you. Before and after pictures are available. I know of several other long term patients (greater than 10 years) that would not go anywhere else for their injectables. She has a constan t flow of patients in the office for laser procedures and botox and other injectables. I should know. I am one of them. Her surgical patients are so well informed and educated by the time they have a procedure that I cannot fathom someone calling a rhinoplasty a 'nose job'. That does not sound like a legitimate patient. I would challenge anyone to try this doc and her staff and compare her to the other choices we have in this city. You will not find a more down to earth and personable physician . We love you Dr. Muecke. We love your staff!! YOU ALL GET A 10 !!!! Keep up the good work. |
