Extremely rude office staff made for a very unpleasant office visit from the outset. Almost cancelled appointment and filed complaint with medical board. Staff needs lesson in customer service. Patients are there because they are in pain and should never be treated with such disrespect. Actual time with Doctor was better. He got right to the point and did not waste time. Unfortunately , his treatment of choice appears to be prescription strength Naproxen, which tore up my stomach and did nothing for my aching feet. After three visits, I decided not to return, quit the Naproxen, and instead found information about my condition on the internet and self treated. My condition improved almost immediately and now am pain free. |
