Doctor Ortiz is a Godsend. before I met him i was always in pain and i mean unliveable pain. the doctor i was going to could only give me vicadin and that just wasnt doing it. I hate to admit this but i would drink or do whatever i had to to kill the pain.i didnt care if a died from doing what i was doing,the pain is something i just cant put in words. It lead me into Depression and I lost any incentive i had to do anything. I became isolated from the world and all my family and friends. The doctors i went to and there were many of them, i was just a number to them. they didnt care about me or what i was going threw. I have met all kinds of doctors, from ones that thought they were GOD to the ones that would double bill me and the insurance company. And i did meet Doctors that were decent and ones that i could talk to. But I have never met a Doctor that could ever come close to (THE DOC) = Doctor Ortiz. Hes like one of those miracle Doctors you see on TV that gives 110%. He is the most caring Doctor i have ever met, yet he dont take my crap and knows what is best for me,you can tell by talking to him that he actaully is concerned about me and takes his time with thought to find whats best for me. He has done things for me that is unheard of now a days. One time i was in terrible Pain and it was on a Saturday but i called him at home, thinking that he would tell me to go to ER for help but what he did was unblievable. He told me to go to his office and he would meet me there i couldnt believe it. I went there and he gave me injections for the pain and that really helped in my time of need. And then there was one time i lost my script the day he wrote it and i had no way of going to his office to get a replacement because i cant drive so the Doctor dropped off the script at my house on his way home.can you believe he went out of his way to make sure i got my script so i could get my meds the next day. This man always is wearing a smile and always welcomes you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. He is amazing person and i just cant say enough good things about him.All i can say if you ever met him you would see and know and believe what i am saying. i just wish there were more Doctors like him out there. HE IS A GREAT MAN AND A GREAT DOCTOR.... ps. I dont normally do this kind of thing for anybody but i think God and my heart made me write this. Thank You Dennis R Heath |
