Unfortunately, I had the frustrating experience of dealing with a very incompetent dentist, Dr. Renato Calip. The dentures he made a year ago were lose, but he kept insisting that dentures are like shoes and that I will grow into them. Well, several trips later for adjustment, my dentures are still lose. The receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly. I have a pending complaint filed with the Department of Consumer Affairs and I am hoping a disciplinary action will result from my complaint. |
