I had a total of 3 visits and 1 procedure during 2006 - 2007. His whole staff was different each visit. I waited 1 to 2 hours to see the doctor at each visit. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me at each visit. Speaking to other patients in the waiting room each time, this is 'normal' at every visit. When I asked the staff about the wait all I was told was the doctor was running behind. His nurse told me at my third visit a 1 to 2 hour wait and 10 minutes or less with the doctor is normal for him. He was running 2 and a half hours behind on the day of my procedure, and I was his first patient. I was told this was also normal for him. After my third visit I decided to find another, more patient friendly doctor. I was then charged for my records to be faxed to the new doctor. |
