This was the absolute WORST office I have ever dealt with. The wait for an appointment was nearly a month, then when I arrived for my first appointment, I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half! The appointment with the doctor lasted all of 5 minutes and he seemed very rushed and disinterested. The same behavior occurred at the second visit. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. They never even greeted me (or anyone else) upon entering the office. My breaking point was when my OB/GYN at a separate practice advised me to have my family physician give me an MMR vaccine and Hooley's office staff told me they'd have to call when they had the vaccine in stock. After 4 weeks of weekly phone calls inquiring if the vaccine was there yet, the office manager told me that Dr. Hooley didn't want to purchase the vaccine because they wouldn't use it often enough. I was told to go to the county hospital. This practice is VERY unprofessional and I don't think they care at all about their patients. |
