Office Hours is not convenient for the working class. Plan on spending at least three hours whenever you go. Confirm all appointments before going especially any Saturday appointments. I have had two Saturday appointments at this clinic this year alone that was confirmed by mail from the clinic to only arrive to the clinic and they were actually closed. I have asked staff regarding the mistake and I have never received any apologies, but I have been able to get another appointment within a weeks time, when normally I have to wait at least two months to see anyone. |
