The Office Staff does not answer the phone. You will have to try to talk to the Office Manager to be able to speak to anyone. The will not accept faxes from Insurance companies to help you with your benefits. The Staff is rude and have no customer skills. When asking for an appointment that fits your schedule, the office staff said 'You will take the appointment I give you!' This is the WORST office and Doctor I have EVER been associated with. I WOULD NOT SEND A DOG TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!! |
